That means you would have to pay $233.35 per year just to be a member of NAR and CAR. On top of that, you may have to pay local association dues, MLS fees, and other charges. You can also find inexpensive, easy-to-navigate 45-hour courses in a multitude of places, including first Tuesday. As for MLS access, you can get it without being a member of NAR, CAR, and local association by joining an independent MLS or paying a fee to an MLS-only association.
